An inviting traditional semi-detached villa that combines the unique touch of the island’s history with a recent renovation offering all modern amenities. Ideal for families and groups of friends, Spetses Eagle House is suited for a comfortable escape, offering 3 bedrooms available for groups of up to 6 guests or 4 bedrooms available for groups of up to 8 guests.
A mere 3 minute walk from the nearest beach and 7 minutes from the Old Harbour, the island’s promenade with cozy restaurants and night life, the villa is ideal for a quiet yet cosmopolitan stay.
Our name "The Eagle House" and our logo were inspired by the Synadinos family's crest, which dates back to the Byzantine times and was a prominent family with ties to many Byzantine emperrors, adding a touch of history to your stay.
OUR VILLA
Our home is a traditional two-story villa designed for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Although semi-detached, the house has its own private entrance and a beautiful garden where you can unwind in complete tranquility. Our private garden is a peaceful, verdant retreat — perfect for those slow island mornings.

Explore the seaside
Spetses is a beautiful island with a diverse seafront. Explore a variety of beaches during your stay. We are always happy to point you to our favourites.
Museums
Spetses has played an implortant role in Greek history. Spetses museum and Bubulina museum are wonderful experiences for history lovers.
Water sports
You can practice water sports in Agia Marina beach, which is only a 3' walk from the villa.
Nightlife
Old port and Dapia (the main town) are bursting with bars and a busy nightlife.
Shopping
Spetses offers a wide variety of shops, from galleries to luxury homeware, clothes and jewellery. Be assured you will find everything you need and want.
Hiking
For mountain lovers there are well mapped trails to explore. There is also the option to explore trails by horse if you are a rider!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The beach of Agia Marina is only a 5 min walk.The house is beautifully decorated with great taste and attention to detail, making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable, which made our nights restful after exploring the island. On top of that, the owner was extremely helpful and kind, always available to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended – we’d be happy to stay here again.
